Quant Mag-N is a fully water-soluble magnesium nitrate. Magnesium sits at the centre of every chlorophyll molecule, so a shortage shows as yellowing between the veins of older leaves while the veins stay green — and photosynthesis falls before the symptom is even visible. Supplied as the nitrate, magnesium is taken up faster than from sulphate and carries nitrogen with it, which makes it the corrective choice mid-season rather than a soil amendment.

Cómo actúa
Magnesium is the central atom of the chlorophyll molecule and a cofactor for the enzymes that transfer phosphate. It is mobile in the plant, so deficiency appears on OLD leaves first — the opposite of iron or manganese, which is the quickest way to tell the three apart in the field.
