Cyprobria

Cyprobria is an anilinopyrimidine fungicide based on cyprodinil, aimed at grey mould, brown rot and scab. It blocks the enzymes the fungus needs to break into plant tissue, so infection is stopped at the point of penetration rather than after it has established. Like others in its class it performs at low temperatures, which matters for Botrytis and Monilinia in cool, wet spring conditions.

Cómo actúa
Cyprodinil inhibits methionine biosynthesis and the secretion of the hydrolytic enzymes the fungus uses to penetrate plant tissue. The pathogen is halted before it establishes inside the plant. FRAC Group 9.
