Quant Pot-CL
The most economical potassium per unit — where the crop tolerates chloride.

Quant K-Cl is potassium chloride, the highest-analysis and lowest-cost potassium source available. For cereals, maize, cotton, sugar beet and most field crops it is the rational choice: the crop is indifferent to chloride and the saving per hectare is substantial. It is the wrong choice for chloride-sensitive crops — grape, tobacco, potato, citrus and most greenhouse vegetables — where Quant Pot-N or Quant K-S should be used instead.
Characteristics
- Highest potassium analysis and lowest cost per unit of K2O
- Ideal for cereals, maize, cotton, sugar beet and forage crops
- Supports water regulation, stem strength and disease resilience
- Straightforward to apply with standard spreading equipment
- IMPORTANT: not for chloride-sensitive crops — see the note below
- Reliable, widely available commodity source
How it works
Potassium regulates stomatal opening, water balance and the transport of sugars. The chloride ion that accompanies it is harmless to tolerant species but accumulates in sensitive ones, causing leaf-margin scorch and, in grape and tobacco, measurable quality loss. Crop choice, not rate, is what matters with this product.

Doses are indicative. The user is responsible for adjusting the dose to the growth stage of the crop and the conditions of the field. Apply under the guidance of an agricultural technician. Composition, method of application and dose may vary between countries for climatic, technical or legal reasons.
