What this site collects, why, who sees it, and how to make us stop. The short version: almost nothing.

A working draft, written alongside the site and not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It must be before the site goes live.

Drafted September 18, 2026

01Who is responsible

Sembria decides what happens to the personal data collected through this website. The registered entity and its address are being confirmed and will be published here; until then, write through the contact page and your message reaches the person responsible.

02What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: the range you are asking about, your country, your company name, your email address and your phone number. That is the whole list.

The site has no accounts, no login and no comment section, and it asks for nothing else.

03Why, and on what basis

Those details are used for one purpose: to route your enquiry to the person who covers your territory, and to answer it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and you may withdraw it at any time by telling us so.

We do not sell your details, we do not trade them, and an enquiry does not put you on a mailing list.

04Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to us by an email provider acting on our instructions. Beyond that it is seen by the Sembria staff who need to answer it, and by nobody else.

05How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept while we are dealing with it, and for as long as any business relationship it starts continues. If nothing comes of it, it is deleted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

06Cookies and tracking

This site sets one cookie. It records the language you chose so that the choice survives your next visit. It carries no identifier and is not used to follow you.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no social media widget and no third-party font or CDN on this site. Nothing you do here is reported to anyone else.

07Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, and withdraw your consent. Write to us through the contact page.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you are entitled to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. No personal data is stored in the website itself — there is no database behind it.

09Changes to this notice

If what we collect or why we collect it changes, this page changes with it, and the date beside it is updated.
